Virgo Analytics is run by someone doing this work in a senior role day to day, and taking on independent projects to the same standard.

Ask most AI analytics tools where a number came from and you won't get a straight answer. This work is built the other way round. The data layer gets sorted first, the AI goes on top of it, and any figure it hands back can be followed to where it came from.

How engagements run

Direct delivery You deal with the person doing the work rather than a team you never speak to.

Data layer first Definitions and structure get settled before anyone is shown a chart.

Traceable numbers If you want to know where a number came from, there is an answer. That includes anything the AI hands back.

Small caseload A few projects at a time. That part is deliberate.

Where the depth comes from

Cloud data platforms GCP, Snowflake and Databricks, used for what each one is actually good at rather than forcing everything through a single stack.

Measurement and experimentation Python for incrementality testing, marketing mix models and Bayesian analysis, so a result gets checked before it gets acted on.

AI-enabled analytics A semantic layer with real governance behind it, connected through MCP, with the AI's skills and tool access scoped and documented rather than left open-ended.
